从小就开始喜欢养鱼。

还记得第一条养的鱼是读小学跟爸爸一起养的。那时候养了一条黑身红尾Kaloi。养到好大条。
如果在家里看见壁虎,蟑螂,蟋蟀,青蛙,蚊虫,等等...一定会送到Kaloi口里。
结果那Kaloi越吃越壮,越吃越凶猛。最后因为太大条了,不得已把它送给有大鱼池的朋友。

之后一阵子都没养。
中学初三时又开始养回鱼。这次就试一试养小鱼。养了之后还是发现小鱼没那么容易养。振鸿对因为自己的无知及疏忽而弄丢了许多弱小的鱼生命而深感遗憾及愧疚。
当全部小鱼都走光时,振鸿决定养回大鱼。这次振鸿选养黑Oscar
Oscar很好玩。很肥美。身上的花纹会跟着身体状况而变化。那时候养了4只。还记得有一只只吃素,结果它的花纹最明亮及漂亮。最可爱的是Oscar回跟主人讨吃。时常会开大嘴巴说肚子饿了。Oscar睡觉时还会把身体躺得平平的呢。

最后还是因为体积问题而送给了朋友。离开朋友家时眼泪差点飙了出来。

之后中四中五时迷上了去海岛浮潜。那时爱上了海水鱼。海水因为充满矿物质的关系,鱼的花纹及色彩鲜艳许多。二话不说,马上买了海盐,设置好海水缸后第二天就往海岛出发捕鱼去(这是犯法的行为,大家切勿模仿)。那次出岛捕了十一只的Nemo,有大有小。最大的有两寸长,最小的不到1cm。连同也猎获了一只“藏在沙里的鱼”(开始时振鸿不知道,还以为它“水里蒸发”了呢),海参,活珊瑚,及两只贝类(也是活的)。

海水鱼一共养了一年多,连我自己也不太敢相信。最后因为中毒而突然间死光了:(。

现在隔了6年多,养鱼的欲望又慢慢萌芽。这次决定不再养小鱼,旺浪费小小的生命。
买了一只白Kaloi,原因是在“明天”(明天是一家坐落在TamanMegah的大型小贩中心)吃饭看多了,觉得它们好可爱。结果第二就买来养。

白Kaloi,英文名叫 "Golden Giant Gourami", 科学名称Osphronemus goramy。
4年内可增长至500mm。当它长大时头上的“包子”也会跟着现型。

想想小熊说得对,喜欢养鱼的人,这一辈子都会一直养鱼。

This Yang Yang is not the former ex-world champion badminton player Yang Yang...

This Yang Yang not the badminton equipment brand called Yang Yang(And actually this Yang Yang founded by the ex-world champion Yang Yang).

This Yang Yang just simply our best Buddy.

He loves badminton, He loves art, He loves music, He loves sport, He loves making frenz, He loves to share, he loves to talk loudly among frenz, He loves to talk Bible after got drunken(He loves to get drunk as well), He loves gambling(He can even drive all the way from Pontian to KL for this), He loves partying with frenz, He loves sincere communication between frenz, He loves showing his helping hand to his frenz, All his frenz being faithful to his in return. And most importantly he loves his girl friend so much.

He is cute, adorable and friendshipful, although he is a little little little bit kupit and sending aeroplane off us sometimes.

My Elephant @ PJ Sec 17



27th July 2008...

Today CH and Luna had a day out with Miss Waffle from UK - Cione again. After long consideration, CH and Luna decided to bring Cione for Thaifood as dinner. As everybody know, Thaifood is known to be the most delicious food among South East Asia. Yet, there're another strong character of Thaifood - HOT & SPICY.

Without much hesitation, CH brought Cione to the small Thai Restaurant at Happy Mansion at PJ Sec 17 - My Elephant. My Elephant was getting well known for its delicious, finess of the cookings, and the flavour which tasted exactly like in Thailand. CH believes that My Elephant must be run by Thai owner.

My Elephant offers romantic yet casual dining environment. Just one thing CH doesn't like, which is the Restaurant air-con system was undersized(not cold enough, a bit warm).




Luna with Cione. Both of them are really adventurous in eating.


Ok, let's start some talks on the food in My Elephant. CH was regret that the photo taken was quite indecent due to low light in My Elephant. May be CH should blame his G9, it's may be CH's skill wasn't good enough.

One of the beverage recommended by CH - KraChiap Cooler. Roselle juice.


Luna had the Jasmine Green Tea


Besides Jasmine Green Tea and KraChiap Cooler, beer is another strong recommendation by CH. As most of the Thaifoods are extremely spicy, It's best to have it with a glass of chilling beer.

CH's recommendation for appetizer: Mieng Kum. Leave wraps with several types of ingredients. Clockwise from top: Wrapper leaves, pineapple cube, red onion, lime cube, red chilles, dried shrimp, fried peanuts, coconut floss, and the sauce in the middle. It will give u surprise and fantastic taste. 90 pts!

The assorted snack appetizer. This was from previous session also, and so so only. 70 pts.


Rambut Yum, which means Rambutan Salad, recommended by the waiter. Anyway, also soso only. 65 pts. This was from previous session also.


Stir fried Paku(fern leave) with Belacan. Nice, but the Paku will give over colding effect to human's body. Previous session also.


The Green Mango Yum with squid. Nice! The salad was sourish and spicy. 85 pts.


This is Cione favourite - Tempura Sotong. It was nicely cooked. Apparently everybody like it. The tempura skin was crispy whereas the sotong meat was just soft and tender. 85 pts!


Everybody's all time favourite - Green Curry Chicken. The restaurant wasn't comprising the flavour of the green curry with all the ingredient. Rich and flavourful with all the herbs. 90 pts!


2nd everybody all time favourite - The Tom Yum Gong. There are several version of Tom Yum available at My Elephant, whereas CH ordered the most spicy one. Which made everybody start to be mucus-ful, sneezing and sweating. Sorry about that! 90 pts!


Luna ordered Aubergine(eggplant) as vegetable dish. All of them found the aubergine was so tasty with the basil leave, chillis and the minced chicken. 85 pts.


And teh final dish was the most common dish in Thailand - Stir Fried Minced Chicken with basil leaves, long beans, chillis with sweet and sour sauce. 85 pts!


All the above 6 dishes(not including the previous session), costed them RM111 after 10% discount(Yeah, there're 10% discount in today's sin chew daily). Which CH thinks was slightly expensive. Anyway, My Elephant is still CH first choice for Thaifood in KL Selangor area.

KLCC Twin Towers

25th July 2008...

Always been driving or walking around KLCC, but don't really have a chance to appreciate the magnificient KLCC Twin Towers.

Today after the class at BC, found that the weather is quite clear, so without any delay, took out the G9, and start some shooting.

Cendol Klang

26th July 2008...

After lunch at Klang, CH sure wouldn't forget to have some sweety. His kind colleague brought him to the famous Klang Cendol.

Here is the Cendol Klang at Jalan Nanas. Heard from CH colleague, the Cendol seller previous selling his cendol at the road side with a small stall, and causing quite a serious jam in Klang town because everybody queueing for his legendary cendol.


The Cendol is served in self-service. Thanks to CH colleague helping CH to buy the cendol. Here's the legendary cendol:


Strong and fragrantful coconut milk and gula Melaka, and the cendol really soft and elasting. Fast fast order another bowl. 90 points!


How nice it was? Figure it out from photo below of "tabao"ing(taking away) the cendol.


For the Cendol, CH will always recommend the Cendol Kosong/biasa, which mean there're no other ingredient mix with the cendol, like red bean, sweet corns, and jelly as the mixture will affect the original taste of cendol. Anyway, pulut(glutious rice) is okay for CH.

鸿华北京烧鸭烧鹅 @ 巴生

今天振鸿一位热心的同事坚持要带振鸿去品尝巴生的美食。
”看你写了这么多的blog,都没巴生的,今天我一定要带你去巴生open your eyes, open your mind(大开眼界,增广见闻)。”他说。

谢谢他!

同事带振鸿来这间famous鸿华北京烧鸭烧鹅。但老实说,振鸿没看见半只鹅。


同事点了4样肉掺:叉烧,烧鸡,烧鸭,烧肉。


淋了汁。振鸿真正觉得正的是它的烧肉及烧鸭。烧鸭够鸭味,烧肉够烧肉味。两者的皮都够香脆又可口。给它90分!

天品海南茶餐馆 @ PJ SS2

21th July 2008...

今天又不知要吃什么为晚餐。嗨....每天晚餐都为了想要吃什么而头痛。那间好吃的天品有每次关门大吉。但是今晚还是想吃它,顺道完过去看一看。哇!还真的有开!快快进去先,过后还要去买万字。


餐馆里摆有一些振奋人心的联子。照片上有“寻找失落了的新加坡“面卜””。振鸿这次没order这个失落了的面卜,但之前又吃过,还不错,因为有下猪油,面又够Q。


振鸿的糖水:黑糯米加椰浆,再加两粒芝麻汤圆。味道还好罢了。70分。


a Mei的糖水:椰汁番薯麦粥。其实是Bubur Cha Cha。振鸿偷吃了几口,还蛮喜欢的。到最后有一半是振鸿吃光的。85分。


Luna的清汤馃条。一路以来,Luna跟振鸿会加多多辣椒酱,捞在一块,这样才好吃。


a Mei的芋头糕。很普通。70分。


这不是炒馃条,这是a Mei的炒猪肠粉,也是天品的招牌菜之一。85分。


振鸿的猪肠粉。这也是麻麻。70分。


还有order锅贴。Wahlao,振鸿没看过这么小粒的锅贴,哪里来的?麻麻。65分。
