Naan

Actually Naan is quite a healthy food.

Don't believe it? Try to eat the plain naan with bare hand, after eating, you can continue with your typing(or facebooking thing) without a hand-wash.

It is made with flour, salt and water, and then it is oven-baked in a huge ceramic furnace.

In Turkey, it is known as Nan; in Burmese, it is known as Nan-bya, where in Hokkien, Bya = biscuit; and in Chinese, it is known as Nang2(), because it resembles a bag(nang2 in Chinese). Interesting right?

For flatbread lover like CH, it is a best choise for supper, where you are unlikely to eat something which can put on weight.

Ok, it is 10pm, time to tabao another Naan(with cheese).
