Pan Mee @ Sri Rampai

今天振鸿有点想念学院的生活。每次有break时,都会到这家位于“添华”的板面,来一个悠悠闲闲得午餐吃饱后,肚子饱饱的上课去。

振鸿去的时候是晚上,晚上时这家板面点位于对面的“威顺”。

点了“菜”后,老板及老板娘开始准备板面。

这是清汤的,振鸿的朋友都觉得这个最好吃。好吃的秘诀是:把全部belancan辣椒酱到进面汤里。

这是麻辣的。其实麻辣的汤头也蛮甜的,配上麻辣味,让人吃完一口又一口。

振鸿吃辣椒干的。辣椒干的味味道下得实在够重,辣椒“干”得很过瘾。假如有一粒半生熟打下去捞的话就是天下美味了。

另外一个重点就是:每一种板面只卖RM 3.50一碗。这种价钱,在KL哪里还找得到?以这样的价钱可以吃到好吃的板面,人生一大乐事也。

The spicy one looks very nice. It's making me hungry!
