Bruno's at Jaya 33

6th September 2008...

Somewhere around early September tried out the Bruno's at Jaya 33 with KJ Colleague. Bruno's sells Iberian food, generally, it refers to Portoguese and Spanish food.

The starter plate - Salad of variety of Ham. CH found the hams are totally new for CH, which giving CH much surprise as well. Some of them even taste like chinese waxed-sausage. 95 pts.

Soup time - The seafood soup. Full of seafoodness. 85 pts.

A good meal always comes with some red wine. They tried the Spain-born Tempranillo.

Good food must always share with dear.

The Iberian Grill Pork Ribs. The Pork rib nicely marinated. It should get 10 pts more if the meat not that fat. 85 pts.

The Grill suckling pig. Quite similar to chinese grill suckling. It also deserved 10 pts more if the meat not that Fat. 85 pts.

Dessert is a must after a good meal.

Cherry dessert. Forgot what it's name. But it taste good. 90 pts.

Bruno's also selling CH's favourite - Paella. Next time must tried it out.

** Paella is a Spanish word. It should be pronounced as "Paeya" in Spanish.
