Restoran Paramount Seng Fatt - Steam Fishhead

6th June 2008...

Today is second of CH's parent visit. CH parents would like to know more around PJ area. So there CH brought them to this famous steam fish head restaurant called "Restoran Paramount Seng Fatt".

Before start to eat anything, start-off with this refreshing "umbra juice". What is umbra? CH also dunno how to describe it... Local people used to called it angmokanna, which mean "western olive" literally. @@

The menu of this restaurant clearly printed on the white board.

1) Stir fried cabbage with dried shrimp

Yummy yummy, the pot leading you to another fishhead fantasy opening now.

2) There you go - The 生褒鱼头, the garupa fishhead cooked with plenty of minced ginger, garlic and chinese liquor. 4.8/5 stars!

3) Stingray cooked in white tom yam. It deserves 5/5 stars! The sourness, spicyness, and flavour of the soup really meets CH fuzzy requirement.

4) CH asked for Mango after finishing two bowl of spicy steamed fish head. 4/5.

Total bill at RM 89.00 for all dished above plus one more plate of stir fried vegetable. It was slightly expensive. Anyway, worth for a visit.
